A FEW NOTES TO HELP US HELP YOU FASTER: - Please use the below link to contact us. If you responded to an invoice, receipt, shipping email, or loyalty email we will NOT see your reply. You need to start a brand new email with a different subject and send again. - If you won a giveaway on our page, we process giveaways ONCE A MONTH. Keep an eye out for a tracking email and/or a response letting you know it's shipped. - If you are using LuLaCash, it's only able to be used in albums (albums are different than our retailer site). Please post a photo of it below the item you are claiming. - If you are doing a return, please make sure to give us your order number. All tags must be intact, be in the condition we sent it in (No Pet hair, perfume or smoke). Please make sure you hear from us before sticking it in the mail. We process our returns every TUESDAY. - We cannot combine invoices, we invoice per sale, per day. - Please only send one email unless you forgot to include some information. We start at the bottom of our email and respond in order to everyone. Example: Monday mornings, I start with all messages from Friday evening, then Saturday, Sunday and then finally Monday am. So if you keep emailing, it just bumps your email up to the top and delays our response. We do this to serve each and everyone one of you faster.
